Face Goods - A well stocked supply of face goods is ready for production.   Face goods are run through our blooming oven to bring out their natural fullness.
Promomatting Vinyl Oven   Promomatting Curing Oven
After being cut to the appropriate sizes the material is sent through the vinyl oven.   The face goods are conveyed into a liquid vinyl backing before entering the curing oven.
Promomatting Ready For Imprinting   Promomatting State of the Art Plotters
The completed mat, with vinyl backing, comes out of the oven and is ready for imprinting.   State of the art plotters are used to cut vinyl templates for imprinted mats.
Promomatting Silk Screen Frames   Promomatting Silk Screening
The vinyl templates are attached to a frame in preparation for the final screening process.   Flock adhesive is applied to the mat using a silk screen process.
Promomatting Colorfast Nylon Flocking   Promomatting Finished Logo mats
Colorfast nylon flocking is applied electrostatically into the adhesive.   After drying and vacuuming the imprinted mats are ready to be boxed and shipped
